This WeMasterTrade giveaway is a demo trading competition run by Forex Wave Expert (FWE). Three winners each receive one WeMasterTrade account with a nominal balance of $10,000 and no evaluation phase, according to the FWE team’s giveaway brief. Trading starts on Monday, 2 November 2026, and runs for 5 trading days.
Read this page before your first trade. It shows what the prize is, the entry steps, the trading rules and which terms are still to be announced.
What you can win in this WeMasterTrade giveaway
Each of the 3 winners receives one WeMasterTrade account with a nominal balance of $10,000 and no evaluation or challenge to pass. The three accounts add up to $30,000 in nominal account size. That is not a cash prize, and it is not a retail price for the accounts.
WeMasterTrade states on its own website that accounts in its program may represent simulated trading accounts. So a nominal balance is not necessarily real capital. Payout conditions, loss limits, eligibility and any activation fee are set in WeMasterTrade’s own terms. Read those terms before you enter, because this page cannot replace them.

How to join the demo trading competition
There are three steps. Reviews of FWE on any website are not part of the entry and do not affect eligibility or judging.
- Register a WeMasterTrade account through FWE’s partner link. Registrations made without this link do not count. Register on WeMasterTrade here.
- Open an FTMO free trial account (the 10K 2 step trial). This is the simulated account used for the competition. Open the FTMO free trial here.
- Send your FTMO Account MetriX link to the FWE team on Telegram before your first trade. Use the contact in the “Contact and submissions” section below.
Account MetriX is the FTMO page that shows an account’s trades and statistics. FTMO says the free trial includes its main tools, and the team uses MetriX to check your results. If you cannot create a shareable MetriX link, message the team before trading.
The two links above carry referral codes. They are not tracking free. The codes identify the signup as coming from FWE, so FWE may receive a referral benefit from WeMasterTrade or FTMO when you sign up through them. You pay nothing extra for using them.
What the FTMO free trial costs and how long it lasts
FTMO’s own page describes the free trial as 14 days in a simulated environment on real market conditions, with no cost to test your strategy. Only one free trial can be active at a time. The trial ends if you breach one of its trading objectives or do not place a trade in the first 7 days. It is available on MT4, MT5 and cTrader. The competition lasts 5 trading days, so it fits inside one trial.
Costs on the WeMasterTrade side are different. WeMasterTrade’s public pages show a one time fee for its normal paid accounts, and its refund page says that fee is non refundable once trading starts. This page does not confirm whether any activation fee applies to the prize accounts. Check WeMasterTrade’s terms and ask the FWE team before you register.
Competition trading rules
These are the rules for the FTMO trial account. FTMO’s own free trial rules, including its loss limits, also apply to that account.
- Maximum 0.02 lot per trade.
- Maximum 0.05 lots in total per day.
- Trade Monday to Friday only.
- Close every trade by midnight Bangladesh time (18:00 GMT). No trade stays open overnight.
- A stop loss is mandatory on every trade. Take profit is optional.
- Trading above 0.05 lots in a day is not accepted.
- Send your MetriX link before your first trade.
How the daily 0.05 lot limit is counted
Daily volume means the sum of the lot sizes of every trade you open in one trading day. Closing a trade, or part of it, does not give lots back. If you open two trades of 0.02 lot and close both, you have used 0.04 lots for that day. A pending order counts once it is filled. The trading day resets at midnight Bangladesh time, which is the same cut off as the close rule. Treat the limit this way and you stay inside it under any reading.
Terms confirmed and terms still to come
Some terms have not been published yet. They will be posted on the FWE Telegram channel and updated here. Until then, do not assume them.
| Term | Status |
|---|---|
| Start date | Monday, 2 November 2026 |
| End | Friday, 6 November 2026, with all trades closed by 18:00 GMT (5 trading days from the start date) |
| Registration and submission deadline | Not yet published. Finish all three steps before your first trade. |
| Judging weights and tie breakers | Not yet published. The biggest profit does not automatically win, and trades that break the rules are not accepted. |
| Winner announcement date and prize claim steps | Not yet published. WeMasterTrade’s terms apply to the prize accounts. |
| Eligibility limits (age, country, existing WeMasterTrade users) | Not yet published. The competition is aimed at traders in Bangladesh and South Asia. Ask the team if you already have a WeMasterTrade account. |
| Instruments allowed | Not yet published. The example below uses gold only to show the arithmetic. |
How the winners are picked
After the 5 trading days, the FWE team checks each MetriX record and picks 3 winners. The team has said the biggest profit does not automatically win. A trader with a $100 profit can beat a larger profit, because following the rules matters.
On a $10,000 account, $100 is 1%. A trader who makes 1% with a stop loss on every trade and no rule breaks is in a better position than a trader who makes 6% by going over the lot limit. The exact score weights and tie breakers will be announced as noted above.
Worked example: staying inside the lot limits with gold
This example uses gold (XAUUSD) because its pip value is easy to check. It is an example only. Real results change with spread, fees and slippage.
Before you size a trade, open the contract specification of your own FTMO symbol and check the contract size. This example assumes 1 standard lot is 100 ounces, which is common for gold but must be verified. On that assumption, 0.02 lot is 2 ounces, and a $1.00 move is worth $2.00. Gold pips are counted at 0.10, so a $5.00 move is 50 pips.
| Trade | Lot size | Stop loss distance | Money at risk | Lots used today |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trade 1 | 0.02 | $5.00 (50 pips) | $10.00 | 0.02 |
| Trade 2 | 0.02 | $4.00 (40 pips) | $8.00 | 0.04 |
| Trade 3 | 0.01 | $6.00 (60 pips) | $6.00 | 0.05 |
| Total | 0.05 | $24.00 | Limit reached |
If all three stops were filled at their exact prices, the loss would be $24, which is 0.24% of a $10,000 account. After trade 3 the daily limit is used, so no more trades that day.
That $24 depends on the stop distances in the example. A lot limit and a mandatory stop do not cap your loss by themselves. A wider stop risks more money, and a gap or slippage can fill a stop beyond your price, especially around news. Our guide on how to calculate lot size in forex shows the formula step by step. Our post on prop firm news trading rules explains why spreads and slippage grow around big releases.
Common mistakes that can cost you the win
- Registering on WeMasterTrade without the FWE partner link.
- Trading before sending your MetriX link to the team.
- Placing 0.02 lot three times in one day. That adds up to 0.06 and goes over the daily limit.
- Leaving a trade open past midnight Bangladesh time.
- Entering a trade without a stop loss “just this once”.
- Chasing profit on Thursday or Friday after a slow start.
Forex trading in Bangladesh: FWE’s position
Forex Wave Expert does not encourage anyone in Bangladesh to deposit or invest money with forex brokers. This competition does not ask you to deposit anything with FWE, and it runs on a simulated FTMO trial account.
Bangladesh Bank has issued a public notice warning against illegal online foreign currency trading. Copies of the notice on commercial bank websites cite the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 and warn against dealing in foreign currency without a Bangladesh Bank licence. We have not reviewed how the notice applies to prop firm accounts or payouts, and nothing here is legal advice. Check the current notices on the Bangladesh Bank website and ask your bank or a qualified adviser before you move money abroad, pay any fee to an overseas firm, or receive any payout. Be careful with IBs (introducing brokers), because they can earn commission when you deposit, so their advice is not neutral.
Our Bengali article on forex trading legality in Bangladesh and prop firms covers the topic in more detail.
