AssetsFX Review 2026

If you are searching for an AssetsFX review before depositing money, withdrawal history deserves as much attention as spreads, leverage and bonuses.

AssetsFX has operated in the forex market for several years and offers forex, gold and CFD trading through MetaTrader platforms. The broker also promotes high leverage, bonuses and different account types.

Those features may look attractive. But during our AssetsFX Review 2026, Forex Wave Expert found several public complaints involving AssetsFX withdrawal problems, rejected withdrawals, restricted account access and disputed trading activity.

Some complaints are recent. Others go back several years. AssetsFX has publicly disputed several allegations and provided its own explanations in some cases.

We reviewed both sides rather than treating every complaint as a proven fact.

After reviewing regulation, withdrawal history, client complaints, trading conditions, transparency, support and track record, Forex Wave Expert currently gives AssetsFX 28/100.

AssetsFX Review 2026: Quick Overview

Broker: AssetsFX

Review Type: Forex Broker

FWE Rating: 28/100

FWE Risk Level: Very High Risk

FWE Status: Scam Watch

Main Concerns: Withdrawal complaints, rejected withdrawal reports, restricted account allegations, disputed profits, bonus disputes and disputed trading activity

Important: Scam Watch is an FWE editorial risk classification. It does not mean that a court or financial regulator has legally declared AssetsFX a scam.

AssetsFX Rating 2026: 28/100

Forex Wave Expert does not rate a forex broker based on one angry customer or one negative review.

We use the same FWE Broker Rating framework across our broker reviews.

FWE Broker Rating CategoryScore
Regulation & Fund Safety8/25
Withdrawal & Fund Access4/20
Reputation & Client Complaints3/15
Trading Conditions & Execution6/15
Transparency & Terms2/10
Customer Support & Dispute Handling2/10

Total FWE Score28/100

FWE Rating Levels:

  • 80–100: Top Rated
  • 65–79: Recommended
  • 50–64: Average / Neutral
  • 35–49: High Risk / Caution
  • 0–34: Scam Watch / Very High Risk

AssetsFX currently falls into the final category with a score of 28/100.

Is AssetsFX Regulated?

Regulation & Fund Safety: 8/25

AssetsFX identifies Assets Global Ltd in Mauritius as the company behind the broker.

AssetsFX also presents regulatory information relating to the Mauritius Financial Services Commission on its website.

Having identifiable corporate and regulatory information is better than dealing with an anonymous offshore trading website. That is one reason AssetsFX does not receive zero points in this category.

However, traders should independently verify the company’s current licence status and exactly which activities or services are covered before depositing significant capital.

There is another point traders should understand.

According to the AssetsFX Order Execution Policy reviewed by FWE, the company acts as principal or counterparty when executing client transactions. The policy also describes AssetsFX as the sole execution venue for client orders.

This type of execution model is not automatically evidence of wrongdoing. Similar structures exist elsewhere in retail forex.

It does mean that traders should understand the broker’s execution model and counterparty risk.

AssetsFX Withdrawal Problems and Complaints

Withdrawal & Fund Access: 4/20

AssetsFX withdrawal problems are one of the main reasons the broker receives a low FWE rating.

During our research, we found public complaints involving:

  • Withdrawal rejection
  • Withdrawal delays
  • Problems accessing trading accounts
  • Disputed profits
  • Restrictions following withdrawal requests
  • Disputes involving client funds

Not every AssetsFX trader reports these problems.

There are also clients who report successful withdrawals.

But when FWE reviews a forex broker, serious complaints involving access to client money carry more weight than ordinary comments about spreads or customer service.

AssetsFX Trustpilot Reviews and Withdrawal Complaints

AssetsFX had a mixed Trustpilot profile when FWE researched this review.

At that time, Trustpilot displayed approximately 176 reviews, an overall score of around 3.5/5 and roughly 14% 1-star reviews.

A majority of the reviews were positive. A fair AssetsFX broker review needs to acknowledge that.

However, FWE also found recent complaints involving rejected withdrawals and other fund-related disputes.

One verified reviewer in September 2026 reported that a withdrawal was rejected.

Another Bangladesh-based client reported a dispute involving a $1,305 withdrawal. According to that review, the client later experienced restrictions when attempting another withdrawal.

Another reviewer described a dispute after depositing $100 and later making a profit.

AssetsFX challenged some of these allegations publicly and stated that its internal records did not support certain client claims.

This is why Forex Wave Expert does not repeat every negative review as an established fact.

Repeated withdrawal complaints are still relevant when assessing broker risk.

AssetsFX Withdrawal Rejected: Bangladesh Trader Case

Forex Wave Expert reviewed screenshots connected with a dispute between AssetsFX and a Bangladesh trader.

This case deserves attention because FWE was able to examine some of the trader’s account screenshots rather than relying only on a short public comment.

According to the trader, his previous account balance had reached zero.

He then made a fresh deposit of $300 and received $90 promotional credit.

The MT5 trading-history screenshot reviewed by Forex Wave Expert displayed:

  • Deposit: $300
  • Promotional Credit: $90
  • Trading Profit: $134.62
  • Displayed Balance: $524.62

The trader said he manually traded XAUUSD and later submitted a withdrawal request.

According to his complaint, AssetsFX rejected the withdrawal.

He further alleged that access to his MT5 account and AssetsFX client portal was later blocked.

One screenshot supplied to FWE showed the MT5 journal displaying:

“authorization on AssetsGlobal-Server failed (Invalid account)”

Another screenshot showed that the client could no longer log in to the portal using the displayed credentials.

The screenshots support the narrower point that the trader could not access the account at that time.

They do not independently prove why AssetsFX disabled the account or establish what happened to every part of the balance.

That distinction is important.

AssetsFX Response to the Bangladesh Withdrawal Case

AssetsFX also presented its side of the dispute.

In its public response, the broker referred specifically to MT5 account #500363.

AssetsFX stated that the client’s historical deposits totalled $5,971, while previous withdrawals totalled $7,878.17.

According to AssetsFX, this meant the trader had previously withdrawn more than his historical deposits.

The broker also alleged that a compliance investigation identified coordinated activity involving accounts associated with the client’s IB network.

AssetsFX referred to similar trading patterns and alleged violations connected with promotional activity.

The trader disputes that explanation.

His position is that his previous account had already reached zero and the disputed $300 was fresh money deposited afterward.

He argues that even if AssetsFX cancelled the $90 bonus or disputed the $134.62 trading profit, his original $300 deposit should have remained separate.

Forex Wave Expert cannot independently determine which side is legally correct.

However, the dispute raises an important question for traders considering an AssetsFX bonus:

What happens to a trader’s original deposit if AssetsFX determines that promotional conditions were violated?

Traders should understand this before accepting a bonus.

AssetsFX Forex Peace Army Complaints

Trustpilot was not the only source where FWE found serious AssetsFX complaints.

Forex Peace Army has a long history of public discussion involving AssetsFX.

At the time of the research used for this article, its AssetsFX page displayed a rating of approximately 2.09/5 from 16 reviews.

More importantly, some complaints involved substantial amounts of money.

AssetsFX $10,000 Withdrawal Complaint

One particularly serious public complaint appeared on Forex Peace Army in 2025.

A trader claimed to have deposited $10,000 with AssetsFX.

According to the trader, the account balance was approximately $9,700 when a $5,000 withdrawal was requested.

The trader alleged that the withdrawal was cancelled.

He later claimed that trades he did not recognize appeared on the account and caused substantial losses.

The complaint included further allegations involving BTCUSD trades.

These are serious allegations.

However, Forex Wave Expert has not found a court judgment or regulator decision proving that AssetsFX deliberately placed those trades.

We therefore treat this as a serious public trader complaint, not proof of fraud.

AssetsFX Complaints About Unexpected Trades

The $10,000 case was not the only public complaint involving disputed trading activity.

FWE also found Trustpilot complaints where clients alleged that unexpected XAUUSD trades appeared on their accounts.

In one case, a reviewer alleged that two gold positions appeared while a withdrawal was pending.

AssetsFX strongly disputed that allegation.

According to the broker, its investigation showed that the trades originated from the client’s device. AssetsFX published trading details in its response.

Another reviewer made a broadly similar complaint involving a two-lot gold position.

AssetsFX responded that it could not identify the corresponding trading account from the information supplied.

FWE cannot use these public complaints to conclude that AssetsFX placed unauthorized trades.

There is not enough independently verified evidence for that conclusion.

Multiple public complaints involving disputed trades are nevertheless relevant when assessing broker risk.

AssetsFX Withdrawal Complaints Are Not New

One issue that stood out during the AssetsFX review was the age of some withdrawal complaints.

Forex Peace Army contains a discussion dating back to 2021 where a client reported waiting approximately one month for a withdrawal.

The corporate structure associated with the AssetsFX brand at that time was not necessarily identical to the structure presented in 2026.

For that reason, FWE does not use a 2021 complaint as proof of a current withdrawal problem.

Historical complaints can still form part of a broker’s track-record assessment when clearly identified as historical.

Forex Peace Army Warning About AssetsFX Reviews

FWE found another historical issue on Forex Peace Army that deserves attention.

Forex Peace Army carries a warning relating to historical AssetsFX reviews.

According to FPA, it received multiple reviews involving AssetsFX in 2013 that it considered highly suspicious and advised a very high level of caution.

FPA also displays a moderation note involving a 5-star AssetsFX review where the rating was removed because of concerns about its origin.

This is Forex Peace Army’s assessment, not a finding made by Forex Wave Expert.

FWE cannot independently confirm who submitted those historical reviews.

However, review integrity is relevant because traders often use public ratings when choosing a forex broker.

AssetsFX Reputation and Client Complaints

Reputation & Client Complaints: 3/15

Every forex broker receives complaints.

A company should not lose most of its reputation score simply because a small number of clients leave negative reviews.

The concern with AssetsFX is the type and range of complaints found during the FWE review.

  • Withdrawal rejection reports
  • Withdrawal delay reports
  • Restricted account access allegations
  • Disputed profits
  • Original deposit disputes
  • Unexpected-trade allegations
  • Historical withdrawal issues
  • Historical Forex Peace Army warnings

The complaints come from different periods and sources.

AssetsFX disputes several allegations.

Even after considering those responses, FWE believes the overall complaint profile warrants a low reputation score.

AssetsFX Trading Conditions and Execution

Trading Conditions & Execution: 6/15

AssetsFX does have some attractive trading features.

The broker provides access to popular MetaTrader platforms and offers forex, precious metals and other CFD products.

It also promotes competitive trading conditions and high leverage.

These features earn AssetsFX some points.

However, an FWE broker rating cannot be based on leverage and spreads alone.

Execution quality, counterparty structure and disputes involving trading activity also matter.

As discussed earlier, the AssetsFX execution policy reviewed by FWE describes the company as principal/counterparty and sole execution venue for client transactions.

This does not by itself make AssetsFX a scam.

Combined with the disputed-trade complaints, however, FWE believes traders should understand the execution model before depositing significant capital.

AssetsFX Bonus Rules and Transparency

Transparency & Terms: 2/10

AssetsFX publishes legal documents and policies. That is a positive point.

But transparency is not only about having a Terms and Conditions page.

A trader should understand what happens to each of the following if the broker believes a promotional rule has been violated:

  • Original deposit
  • Trading profit
  • Bonus funds
  • Pending withdrawals
  • Account access

The Bangladesh trader dispute discussed earlier shows why this distinction matters.

AssetsFX alleges promotional abuse.

The trader argues that his fresh $300 deposit should have been returned even if the bonus or trading profit was disputed.

FWE cannot determine that contractual dispute.

When treatment of a trader’s original deposited capital becomes part of a public dispute, however, we consider it a serious transparency concern.

AssetsFX Customer Support and Complaint Handling

Customer Support & Dispute Handling: 2/10

There is something positive to acknowledge.

AssetsFX responds publicly to many negative reviews and publishes a Complaint Handling Policy.

That is better than a broker completely ignoring client disputes.

However, replying publicly to a complaint and resolving a financial dispute are different things.

Several complaints reviewed by FWE came from traders who said they did not receive a satisfactory resolution.

AssetsFX disputes some of those accounts.

Considering both sides, FWE currently scores this area 2/10.

AssetsFX Track Record

Track Record: 3/5

AssetsFX is not a broker that appeared yesterday.

The brand has a long online history, which earns some credit in this category.

Older withdrawal complaints and the historical Forex Peace Army warning prevent FWE from giving AssetsFX a stronger track-record score.

Does AssetsFX Have Positive Reviews?

Yes.

This is important because a balanced AssetsFX Review 2026 should not hide positive information.

At the time of FWE’s research, around 70% of the broker’s Trustpilot reviews were 5-star.

Some clients reported successful withdrawals, good support and satisfactory trading conditions.

AssetsFX also responds publicly to many complaints rather than simply ignoring them.

These are positive factors and form part of the reason AssetsFX receives 28/100 rather than zero.

However, FWE gives more weight to serious complaints involving access to client funds than ordinary positive comments about leverage, spreads or customer service.

  • Bonus and promotional-rule disputes
  • Historical withdrawal complaints

Is AssetsFX Legit?

AssetsFX has an identifiable corporate presence and publishes regulatory and legal information.

This is not a situation where FWE found only an anonymous website with no identifiable company behind it.

However, an identifiable corporate presence does not make withdrawal or account disputes irrelevant.

The repeated serious complaints found during our research are the main reason for the low FWE rating.

Anyone considering AssetsFX should independently verify its latest regulatory status, licence details and applicable client protections before depositing money.

Is AssetsFX Safe?

Forex Wave Expert does not currently place AssetsFX among the brokers in our low-risk category.

Our research found too many serious public complaints involving withdrawals, account access and disputed trading activity to justify that classification.

Some allegations have been strongly challenged by AssetsFX.

That is why this review includes the broker’s responses alongside trader complaints.

Based on the information reviewed for this article, AssetsFX remains in the FWE Very High Risk category.

Is AssetsFX a Scam?

Forex Wave Expert has not found a court judgment or financial regulator decision establishing that AssetsFX is a scam.

For that reason, FWE does not present the statement “AssetsFX is a scam” as a proven fact.

What we can document is a pattern of serious public complaints.

These include withdrawal disputes, restricted-account allegations, disputed trades, the $10,000 Forex Peace Army complaint and older withdrawal concerns.

That complaint profile is sufficient for Forex Wave Expert to place AssetsFX on our Scam Watch list under the current FWE Broker Rating framework.

Scam Watch is an editorial risk classification. It is not a legal finding of fraud.

AssetsFX has some positive features.

The broker has operated for years, offers popular MetaTrader platforms and has many positive customer reviews.

AssetsFX also responds publicly to many complaints.

Those positives matter, but they do not remove the concerns found during this AssetsFX Review 2026.

FWE found public complaints involving rejected withdrawals, delayed withdrawals, restricted account access, disputed profits, original deposit disputes and unexpected-trade allegations.

The Bangladesh trader case also raises questions about the treatment of fresh deposited capital when a promotional dispute occurs.

AssetsFX disputes several complaints and has provided its own explanations in some cases. FWE has included those responses rather than presenting trader allegations as established facts.

For Forex Wave Expert, access to trading capital and the ability to withdraw funds carry more weight than high leverage, bonuses or attractive trading conditions.
