CentFX কী?
CentFX একটি forex এবং CFD broker। তাদের website অনুযায়ী, CentFX Limited Anguilla Registry of Commercial Activities-এ A000000971 নম্বরে registered।
Brokerটি forex, commodities, indices, CFDs এবং leveraged financial instruments নিয়ে service দেয় বলে তাদের legal information-এ উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
CentFX-এর website-এ আরেকটি entity, CENTFX GLOBAL PTY LTD-এর Australian corporate information-ও প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।
তবে একটি company registration এবং client fund protection একই বিষয় নয়। কোনো forex broker যাচাই করার সময় কোন legal entity আপনার account পরিচালনা করছে, dispute হলে কোন jurisdiction প্রযোজ্য এবং client protection কতটা শক্তিশালী, এগুলো আলাদাভাবে দেখা দরকার।

CentFX কি regulated broker?
CentFX-এর official legal page-এ CentFX Limited-এর Anguilla registration এবং CENTFX GLOBAL PTY LTD-এর Australian corporate ও regulatory information প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।
তবে বাংলাদেশের একজন retail trader-এর জন্য শুধু website-এ regulatory information দেখাই যথেষ্ট নয়। Account খোলার আগে আপনার client agreement-এ কোন entity লেখা আছে সেটি দেখা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
FWE কেন regulation নিয়ে সতর্ক?
একটি broker-এর group structure-এর মধ্যে একাধিক company থাকতে পারে। কিন্তু আপনার account কোন entity-এর অধীনে রয়েছে সেটাই dispute বা fund protection-এর ক্ষেত্রে বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
তাই CentFX ব্যবহার করার আগে client agreement, legal entity, withdrawal rules এবং applicable jurisdiction পড়া প্রয়োজন।
CentFX Bangladesh: বাংলাদেশে কেন এত আলোচনা?
বাংলাদেশে CentFX নিয়ে আমাদের সবচেয়ে বড় concern শুধু সাধারণ forex trading নয়। Public discussions এবং একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সংবাদ প্রতিবেদনে CentFX-এর trading platform-এর নাম এমন একটি investment operation-এর সঙ্গে এসেছে, যেখানে fixed বা unusually high monthly return এবং agent-based fund collection নিয়ে প্রশ্ন উঠেছে।
The Business Standard-এর একটি investigation-এ OGS Bangladesh নামে একটি operation নিয়ে বিস্তারিত প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশ করা হয়।
TBS-এর প্রতিবেদনে বলা হয়, OGS তাদের তথাকথিত trading operation-এ CentFX-এর trading app ব্যবহার করার দাবি করেছিল। প্রতিবেদনে একজন fraud expert OGS-এর model-কে Ponzi scheme-এর classic example হিসেবে বর্ণনা করেন।
এখানে একটি বিষয় পরিষ্কার রাখা জরুরি।
TBS-এর report থেকে এটা প্রমাণ হয় না যে CentFX corporate entity নিজে OGS Bangladesh পরিচালনা করেছে।
TBS-এর প্রতিবেদনে OGS Bangladesh-এর কার্যক্রম নিয়ে বিভিন্ন অভিযোগ তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। প্রতিবেদনে OGS-এর কার্যক্রমে CentFX trading platform ব্যবহারের কথাও এসেছে।
তবে এখানে একটি বিষয় পরিষ্কার রাখা দরকার। TBS-এর প্রতিবেদনে CentFX কোম্পানি নিজে OGS Bangladesh পরিচালনা করেছে, এমন কোনো প্রমাণ দেখানো হয়নি। তাই OGS-এর বিরুদ্ধে ওঠা অভিযোগগুলোকে সরাসরি CentFX-এর বিরুদ্ধে প্রমাণিত অভিযোগ হিসেবে আমরা দেখছি না।

ফরেক্স বাংলাদেশ: Fixed Monthly Return কেন Red Flag?
বাংলাদেশে ফরেক্স নিয়ে নতুনদের একটি সাধারণ ভুল হলো broker service আর investment scheme-কে একই জিনিস মনে করা।
একটি forex broker মূলত trading infrastructure দেয়। কিন্তু কেউ যদি broker-এর নাম ব্যবহার করে নির্দিষ্ট টাকা জমা রেখে প্রতি মাসে নিশ্চিত income, fixed percentage return বা guaranteed profit-এর মতো কথা বলে, তাহলে সেই offer আলাদাভাবে যাচাই করা দরকার।
Forex market-এ লাভ নিশ্চিত নয়। Loss হওয়ার ঝুঁকি থাকে।

CentFX Withdrawal Problem: কী পাওয়া গেছে?

Forex Peace Army-তে 2026 সালে Dhaka, Bangladesh থেকে একজন reviewer একটি গুরুতর অভিযোগ প্রকাশ করেন।
তার অভিযোগ অনুযায়ী, তার account-এ Google Authenticator 2FA active থাকা অবস্থায় $3,900 withdrawal হয়েছে। Reviewer দাবি করেন তিনি withdrawal request করেননি।
তিনি আরও বলেন, CentFX support-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করার পর বিষয়টি investigation-এর কথা জানানো হয়।
এটি একজন customer-এর public allegation। Forex Wave Expert স্বাধীনভাবে account records, transaction logs অথবা broker-এর complete investigation file যাচাই করেনি।
তাই অভিযোগটিকে confirmed company-wide misconduct হিসেবে উপস্থাপন করা হচ্ছে না।

CentFX নিয়ে কি Positive Review আছে?
হ্যাঁ। CentFX নিয়ে সব feedback negative নয়।
