If you are searching for a CentFX review before depositing money, the broker’s regulation, withdrawal history and Bangladesh operations deserve close attention.
CentFX offers forex and CFD trading through MetaTrader 5 and its mobile trading platform. The broker promotes high leverage, multiple account types and access to a wide range of trading instruments.
Those trading features are only one part of this review.
During our CentFX Review 2026, Forex Wave Expert found serious public concerns involving CentFX withdrawal complaints, account security, Bangladesh investment schemes linked to the CentFX trading platform and unusual fixed-return promotions reported by Bangladeshi media.
One Bangladesh newspaper investigation reported that OGS Bangladesh was offering fixed monthly returns and commissions for bringing new investors while using the CentFX trading app.
CentFX itself states that it does not promote get-rich-quick schemes. Its account agreement also states that Business Introducers are not authorised to provide guarantees or promises on behalf of the company.
That distinction matters. Forex Wave Expert has not found sufficient evidence to state that CentFX itself operated every investment scheme promoted under its name in Bangladesh.
We therefore separate verified company information from newspaper reports, public complaints and social-media allegations.
After reviewing regulation, fund safety, withdrawals, Bangladesh concerns, trader complaints, trading conditions, transparency, dispute handling and track record, Forex Wave Expert currently gives CentFX 27/100.

What Is CentFX?
CentFX is an online forex and CFD broker established in 2022.
The broker offers trading through MetaTrader 5 and its mobile platform.
Its product range includes forex pairs and CFDs covering commodities, metals, indices, shares and other markets.
CentFX also promotes copy trading and several account types.
According to the broker’s current website, selected accounts offer leverage of up to 1:1000.
These features make CentFX look similar to many international retail forex brokers.
The main concerns found by FWE are not simply about its trading platform or leverage. They involve fund access, public complaints and the way CentFX was reportedly connected with unusual investment promotions in Bangladesh.
Is CentFX Regulated?
Regulation & Fund Safety: 10/25
CentFX publishes corporate and regulatory information rather than operating as a completely anonymous trading website.
The broker states that it operates under a Mauritius Financial Services Commission Investment Dealer licence, number GB23201644.
CentFX also states that CentFX Limited is registered with the Anguilla Registry of Commercial Activities under registration number A000000971.
Registration and financial regulation should not be treated as the same thing.
FWE recommends checking the exact legal entity holding your account and the protections attached to that entity.
See the CentFX Legal Documents before relying on marketing claims about regulation.
The existence of legal documents and identifiable corporate information earns CentFX points in this category.
The wider risk profile found during our research prevents a stronger Fund Safety score.
CentFX Account Types and Trading Conditions
CentFX currently lists five main account categories.
| Account | Spread From | Minimum Deposit | Maximum Leverage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 2.0 pips | $500 | 1:1000 |
| CFT | 3.0 pips | $500 | 1:100 |
| ECN | 0.0 pips | $3,000 | 1:500 |
| Arbitrage | 5.0 pips | $10,000 | 1:100 |
| Swap Free | 2.5 pips | $10,000 | 1:500 |
Account specifications change over time. Check the official CentFX account page for current conditions.
CentFX Trading Rules
Trading Conditions & Execution: 6/15
CentFX provides MetaTrader 5, multiple account types and access to several CFD markets.
There are also trading restrictions traders should understand.
CentFX currently states that High-Frequency Trading, latency arbitrage, certain arbitrage activity and Expert Advisors are prohibited.
The broker also states that scalping positions held for less than 180 seconds is prohibited.
Traders using automated systems or short-duration strategies should read these rules before opening an account.
See the CentFX trading policy notice for the broker’s current statement.
CentFX Bangladesh: Why This Review Requires Extra Attention
Bangladesh is one of the most important parts of this CentFX Review 2026.
Forex Wave Expert found more than ordinary comments about spreads or customer service.
Bangladeshi media reported an investment network offering fixed monthly returns and commissions for recruiting investors while using the CentFX trading platform.
This raises a different type of concern from normal retail forex trading.
Forex trading involves market risk. A broker or agent promising predictable monthly returns from forex activity deserves much closer scrutiny.
CentFX and OGS Bangladesh Investigation
On 8 March 2025, The Business Standard published an investigation into OGS Bangladesh.
The report said OGS Bangladesh was offering investors approximately 4% to 5% monthly returns.
It also reported commissions for bringing new investors into the network.
Fraud expert Mohammad Shamsuzzoha described the model reported by the newspaper as a classic example of a Ponzi scheme.
One of the most relevant details for this CentFX review is the reported connection with the trading platform.
The Business Standard reported that the operation was using the CentFX trading app.
According to the report, one OGS owner claimed the network had 35 offices and 25,000 clients.
The newspaper reported expert concern that, if those figures were accurate, several hundred crore taka might already have been collected from investors.
Read the full The Business Standard investigation into OGS Bangladesh.
This is strong evidence that a major Bangladesh investment network using the CentFX trading platform was publicly investigated.
It does not, by itself, prove that CentFX Limited designed, controlled or legally authorised every part of the OGS investment operation.
CentFX Bangladesh Fixed Monthly Return Concerns
The concerns found by FWE go beyond one newspaper report.
Public Bangladesh social-media discussions supplied to Forex Wave Expert describe promotions involving:
- Depositing money into investment packages
- Receiving a stated monthly amount
- Copy trading presented as an income source
- Network-based recruitment
- Agent commissions
- Claims that an expert team would trade the capital
- Promotional language suggesting investors would avoid trading losses
One public Facebook discussion described a model where an alleged team would trade funds and divide profits between the trading team and investors.
Another public post alleged that a $1,000 investment was being promoted with a monthly payment of roughly Tk5,000 to Tk14,000.
These Facebook posts are public allegations and discussions. They are not regulator findings.
FWE therefore uses them as supporting evidence of the type of marketing circulating in Bangladesh, not proof that every statement in those posts is accurate.
Why Fixed Return Forex Promotions Are a Red Flag
Forex trading does not produce a guaranteed monthly return.
Trading results change with market conditions, strategy performance, leverage and risk.
A promotion becomes more concerning when fixed monthly income is combined with commissions for bringing additional investors.
That structure is materially different from a normal retail forex brokerage relationship where a client deposits money and independently trades market products.
The Business Standard investigation is therefore an important part of the FWE risk assessment.
CentFX’s Own Rules Raise an Important Question
CentFX’s own documents provide important context.
The broker’s Account Opening Agreement discusses Business Introducers.
According to the agreement, a Business Introducer is not an employee of CentFX and is not authorised to provide guarantees or promises regarding the company or its services.
The agreement also states that a Business Introducer is not allowed to provide investment advice.
Read the CentFX Account Opening Agreement.
This creates an important distinction.
If independent agents or local networks promised fixed income, guaranteed returns or investment-management services without company authorisation, responsibility for those representations requires separate investigation.
FWE has not found enough independent evidence to state that every Bangladesh fixed-return promotion was officially authorised by CentFX Limited.
CentFX Says It Does Not Promote Get-Rich-Quick Schemes
CentFX also publishes a warning on its website.
The broker says fraudulent websites have impersonated its brand and states that CentFX does not promote get-rich-quick schemes.
See the CentFX official legal notice.
FWE includes this statement because a fair CentFX review should present the broker’s published position alongside Bangladesh allegations.
The statement does not erase the Bangladesh concerns.
It means the evidence should be described accurately rather than automatically attributing every third-party promotion to the broker itself.
CentFX Withdrawal Problems and Complaints
Withdrawal & Fund Access: 4/20
CentFX withdrawal complaints are another major concern in this review.
FWE found public reports involving:
- Withdrawal problems
- Blocked or restricted account allegations
- Customer-support disputes
- Account-security concerns
- Claims involving unauthorised withdrawals
These reports do not prove that every CentFX client experiences withdrawal problems.
Positive reviews also exist.
Fund-access complaints still receive substantial weight under the FWE Broker Rating framework.
CentFX $3,900 Bangladesh Withdrawal Complaint
One of the most serious recent complaints came from a trader identifying himself as being from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The complaint appeared on Forex Peace Army in August 2026.
The trader alleged that $3,900 was withdrawn from his CentFX account without his authorisation.
He stated that Google Authenticator two-factor authentication was active on the account.
According to the complaint, he contacted CentFX and was told the issue was being investigated.
The trader said the money had not been returned when he published the review.
Read the CentFX reviews on Forex Peace Army.
A similar complaint from the same apparent reviewer also appeared on Trustpilot.
FWE cannot independently establish who authorised the transaction or what happened inside CentFX’s systems.
We therefore treat the $3,900 case as a serious public customer allegation rather than a proven finding of theft.
CentFX Forex Peace Army Reviews
Forex Peace Army listed CentFX with a score of approximately 2.176/5 when FWE researched this article.
The profile had only two published reviews, so the numerical score alone should not be given excessive weight.
One review came from the Bangladesh trader reporting the $3,900 account-security and withdrawal dispute.
The other review was positive and came from another Bangladesh-based user who described CentFX as a good and helpful broker.
This limited sample shows why FWE does not base a broker rating on a review-site score alone.
CentFX Trustpilot Reviews
CentFX has both positive and negative reviews on Trustpilot.
Positive reviewers have mentioned execution, service and their general experience with the broker.
Negative reviewers have raised concerns about withdrawals, support and account access.
The Bangladesh $3,900 complaint also appeared on Trustpilot.
Another Bangladesh reviewer alleged that some positive reviews were paid reviews.
FWE did not find independent evidence proving that CentFX purchased those positive reviews.
We therefore do not present the paid-review allegation as a fact.
Read current CentFX Trustpilot reviews and compare both positive and negative experiences.
Does CentFX Have Positive Reviews?
Yes.
A balanced CentFX Review 2026 should not hide positive customer feedback.
Some users report satisfactory execution, customer service and general trading experiences.
Forex Peace Army also contains a positive review from a Bangladesh-based trader who said he had used the broker for more than one year.
CentFX publishes legal documents and provides MetaTrader 5 trading access.
These positive points are part of the reason CentFX receives points under the FWE rating framework rather than receiving a near-zero score.
The serious Bangladesh concerns and fund-access complaints still carry greater weight in the final assessment.
CentFX Withdrawal Policy
FWE also reviewed CentFX’s published Withdrawal Policy.
The policy states that withdrawal requests are processed Monday to Friday.
More importantly, traders should read the conditions allowing the company to review or restrict withdrawals under certain circumstances.
CentFX’s Deposit and Refund Policy also gives the company broad authority in disputes.
The policy states that CentFX has final authority over the outcome of disputes under that policy and reserves discretion to interpret, apply or amend applicable rules.
Clients are asked to accept those decisions as final and binding.
Read the CentFX Withdrawal Policy before depositing money.
These clauses contribute to the low FWE Transparency and Fund Access scores.
CentFX Reputation and Client Complaints
Reputation & Client Complaints: 2/15
Every active forex broker receives negative reviews.
Ordinary complaints about spreads or support would not justify such a low reputation score.
CentFX presents a broader concern profile.
- Bangladesh newspaper investigation involving a network using the CentFX trading app
- Reported fixed monthly return promotions
- Reported commissions for recruiting investors
- Bangladesh social-media discussions about network-based investment models
- The $3,900 unauthorised withdrawal allegation
- Other public withdrawal complaints
- Account restriction allegations
- Questions about review integrity raised by individual reviewers
Not all of these allegations have been independently proven against CentFX Limited.
FWE has therefore separated confirmed company information from third-party allegations throughout this review.
CentFX Transparency and Terms
Transparency & Terms: 2/10
CentFX publishes a substantial collection of legal documents.
That is a positive transparency point.
The available documents include Terms of Business, Account Opening Agreement, Order Execution Policy, AML Policy, Conflicts of Interest Policy, Deposit and Refund Policy, Prohibited Trading Practices and Withdrawal Policy.
The concern comes from the level of discretion contained in some of those terms and the gap between CentFX’s normal brokerage model and investment promotions reported in Bangladesh under or around the CentFX name.
CentFX says Business Introducers are not authorised to guarantee returns.
The broker also says it does not promote get-rich-quick schemes.
FWE believes traders need much clearer separation between the regulated brokerage service and any local agent, copy-trading or investment network using the CentFX brand or platform.
CentFX Customer Support and Dispute Handling
Customer Support & Dispute Handling: 1/10
CentFX provides customer-support channels and publishes procedures for complaints.
That earns some credit.
The score remains low because several public complaints reviewed by FWE involve unresolved fund-access or account issues.
The $3,900 Bangladesh complaint is particularly serious because the trader alleged that an account protected by 2FA was still affected.
FWE has not independently established the technical cause of that incident.
A serious account-security complaint combined with unresolved fund-access allegations warrants a cautious score until stronger evidence of resolution is available.
CentFX Track Record
Track Record: 2/5
CentFX is not a brand with decades of operating history.
Forex Peace Army lists the broker as established in 2022.
The broker has developed a visible international presence and publishes detailed trading and legal information.
The relatively short operating history and serious concerns found during the research prevent FWE from giving a stronger track-record score.

Is CentFX Legit?
CentFX has an identifiable corporate presence, trading platforms and published legal documentation.
This is not a case where FWE found only an anonymous website with no company information.
That does not settle the broader risk question.
FWE found serious public concerns involving withdrawals and the use of the CentFX trading platform in a Bangladesh investment network investigated by national media.
The broker’s own documents also state that Business Introducers are not authorised to guarantee returns or provide investment advice.
Anyone researching CentFX should distinguish the broker itself from local agents and third-party investment networks while investigating both relationships carefully.
Is CentFX Safe?
Forex Wave Expert does not currently place CentFX among our low-risk forex brokers.
The combination of Bangladesh investment-network concerns, fixed-return allegations, fund-access complaints and account-security allegations produces a weak overall risk profile.
Positive customer reviews and published regulatory information are acknowledged in this review.
They are not enough to offset the concerns found during FWE’s research.
CentFX currently remains in the FWE Very High Risk category.
Is CentFX a Scam?
Forex Wave Expert has not found a court judgment or financial regulator decision establishing that CentFX Limited is a scam.
FWE therefore does not present the statement “CentFX is a scam” as a proven legal fact.
What we found is a collection of serious risk indicators.
These include the Bangladesh OGS investigation involving use of the CentFX trading app, reports of fixed monthly returns and recruitment commissions, withdrawal complaints and a serious $3,900 account-security allegation.
CentFX also states that it does not promote get-rich-quick schemes and that its Business Introducers are not authorised to provide guarantees.
Considering both sides, Forex Wave Expert places CentFX in the Red Flag / Very High Risk category under the current FWE Broker Rating framework.
Red Flag is an editorial risk classification. It is not a legal finding of fraud.
CentFX vs AssetsFX: Why Both Require Extra Research
CentFX and AssetsFX have different histories and should not be treated as the same company.
Both reviews nevertheless show why traders should investigate more than spreads, bonuses and leverage.
Fund access, public complaints, local promotional activity and dispute handling deserve equal attention.

CentFX Review 2026: FWE Final Assessment
27/100
Red Flag
CentFX has some positive features.
The broker publishes corporate and legal information, offers MetaTrader 5, provides multiple account types and has positive customer reviews.
Those factors earn CentFX points under the FWE Broker Rating framework.
They do not remove the serious concerns found during this CentFX Review 2026.
The Bangladesh situation carries substantial weight.
The Business Standard investigated OGS Bangladesh and reported that the operation offered 4% to 5% monthly returns and commissions for bringing in new investors while using the CentFX trading app.
FWE also reviewed Bangladesh social-media discussions describing fixed-income, copy-trading and network-based promotions connected with CentFX.
Those social-media posts remain allegations rather than regulator findings.
CentFX’s own position also matters. The broker says it does not promote get-rich-quick schemes. Its Account Opening Agreement states that Business Introducers are not authorised to provide guarantees or investment advice.
FWE has therefore not accused CentFX Limited of directly operating every Bangladesh investment scheme promoted under its name.
Separate from the Bangladesh investment-network issue, FWE found serious withdrawal and account-security complaints.
A Bangladesh trader publicly alleged that $3,900 left his account without his authorisation despite active two-factor authentication.
FWE has not independently established what caused that transaction.
For Forex Wave Expert, access to client funds, transparent local operations and fair dispute handling carry more weight than leverage or promotional trading features.
Regulation & Fund Safety: 10/25
Withdrawal & Fund Access: 4/20
Reputation & Client Complaints: 2/15
Trading Conditions & Execution: 6/15
Transparency & Terms: 2/10
Customer Support & Dispute Handling: 1/10

FWE CentFX Rating: 27/100

CentFX Review 2026: FAQ
What is the FWE rating for CentFX?
Forex Wave Expert currently rates CentFX 27/100. This places the broker in the FWE Red Flag and Very High Risk category.
Is CentFX regulated?
CentFX states that it operates under Mauritius FSC Investment Dealer licence GB23201644. It also publishes Anguilla corporate registration information. Traders should verify the current legal entity and licence scope before opening an account.
Are there CentFX withdrawal problems?
FWE found public CentFX withdrawal and account-access complaints. One Bangladesh trader alleged that $3,900 was withdrawn without his authorisation despite active 2FA. This remains a customer allegation rather than an independently proven finding.
What happened with CentFX in Bangladesh?
The Business Standard investigated OGS Bangladesh, reporting fixed monthly returns, recruitment commissions and use of the CentFX trading app. The report does not by itself establish that CentFX Limited controlled the entire OGS operation.
Did CentFX promise fixed monthly returns in Bangladesh?
FWE found media reports and social-media discussions describing fixed-return investment promotions connected with networks using CentFX. CentFX itself states that it does not promote get-rich-quick schemes, and its agreement says Business Introducers are not authorised to provide guarantees.
Is CentFX an MLM?
CentFX presents itself as a forex and CFD broker, not an MLM company. Bangladesh media reported a separate investment network using the CentFX trading app and offering commissions for recruiting investors. FWE does not treat the two entities as automatically identical.
Does CentFX have positive reviews?
Yes. CentFX has positive public reviews mentioning service and execution. FWE considers positive and negative evidence rather than treating every complaint as a proven fact.
Is CentFX legit?
CentFX has identifiable corporate information, trading platforms and published legal documents. FWE still gives the broker a low risk score because of the serious concerns documented in this review.
Is CentFX safe?
Forex Wave Expert currently classifies CentFX as Very High Risk based on the evidence reviewed for this article. This is an FWE editorial assessment rather than a regulator determination.
Is CentFX a scam?
FWE has not found a court or financial regulator decision establishing that CentFX Limited is a scam. The broker receives an FWE Red Flag classification because of the combined risk indicators documented in this review. Red Flag is not a legal finding of fraud.

Customer complaints and Bangladesh social-media claims discussed in this CentFX Review 2026 are treated as reported experiences or allegations unless independent evidence establishes the underlying facts.
The Business Standard investigation is presented according to what the newspaper reported. FWE does not extend the newspaper’s findings beyond the evidence published in that report.
FWE also includes CentFX’s published statement that it does not promote get-rich-quick schemes and its contractual statement that Business Introducers are not authorised to provide guarantees.
