FundingPips is one of the most widely discussed prop firms among forex traders. It has built a large international community, offers several evaluation models and has a significant amount of public feedback from traders reporting successful payouts.
FundingPips has also changed several trading rules during 2026. Some restrictions traders previously criticized have been removed or adjusted, while newer reward structures give traders more choice over payout frequency and reward split.
However, this FundingPips Review 2026 also found concerns that traders should understand before purchasing an account.
Recent trader complaints include Device ID and CID investigations, accounts allegedly linked with other traders, coordinated-trading allegations, account termination around the payout stage and disputed compliance decisions.
Some affected traders claim they operated independently even though FundingPips identified a connection or similarity with another account. Because the underlying technical data is private, Forex Wave Expert cannot independently determine whether individual cases involved prohibited coordination or a false match.
FundingPips still has strong overall payout feedback. For that reason, these complaints need to be considered alongside the many traders reporting successful and repeated rewards.
After reviewing both sides, Forex Wave Expert currently gives FundingPips an FWE Rating of 80/100 and places the firm in our Top Rated category.

FundingPips scores strongly because of its payout history, multiple account models, reward-cycle flexibility and recent improvements to several trading restrictions.
The firm does not receive a near-perfect score because current trader feedback also includes serious compliance disputes.
Device ID investigations, coordinated-trading allegations, payout-stage account termination complaints and disagreements over Risk Team decisions deserve continued monitoring.
Who Is FundingPips?
FundingPips is a proprietary trading firm offering simulated evaluation and Master Account programs.
The company has grown quickly and attracted a large international trading community.
FundingPips offers several account structures designed for different trading styles.
Current models include:
- 1-Step Flex
- 2-Step Standard
- 2-Step Flex
- 2-Step Pro
- Zero Instant Master
Each model can have different profit targets, loss limits, minimum trading-day requirements and reward conditions.
This distinction is extremely important.
A FundingPips rule found on one program should not automatically be applied to every other account.
Traders interested in the current programs can

FundingPips New Rules in 2026
One reason Forex Wave Expert updated this FundingPips Review is the number of rule changes introduced during 2026.
Some older FundingPips accounts continue to operate under previous conditions.
New purchases and some resets follow newer rules relevant to the selected model.
This creates an important issue when researching FundingPips online.
An old review, YouTube video or social-media post may describe a rule that no longer applies to a newly purchased account.
The account model and purchase date therefore matter.
FundingPips also maintains Legacy Rules information for affected accounts.
This is a positive transparency step because traders can distinguish between older and newer conditions.
FundingPips Removed or Changed Trading Restrictions
Several 2026 changes are positive from a trader’s perspective.
FundingPips has adjusted restrictions around risk-per-trade structures on selected models.
Some models now use the Striking System rather than treating every applicable risk event as an immediate account-ending violation.
This can give traders more room than some previous FundingPips structures provided.
However, traders should not assume that all risk controls have disappeared.
The exact structure depends on the account model, reward cycle, account size and purchase date.
Forex Wave Expert therefore gives FundingPips credit for the improvements while still deducting points for overall rule complexity.
FundingPips Striking System Explained
The Striking System is an important part of applicable FundingPips Master Accounts.
Instead of treating every applicable risk event as an immediate account-ending breach, the system can use warnings under specified conditions.
The trigger depends on the account structure and selected reward cycle.
For example, applicable 2-Step Standard structures use different warning triggers depending on reward-cycle conditions.
Monthly structures can also use different conditions from Weekly, Bi-Weekly or On Demand rewards.
This can be more flexible than a simple hard-breach model.
However, traders still need to understand how FundingPips defines exposure and a trade idea under the applicable rules.
FundingPips 2-Step Standard
FundingPips 2-Step Standard remains one of the firm’s main evaluation models.
The current structure reviewed by FWE uses:
- Phase 1 Profit Target: 8%
- Phase 2 Profit Target: 5%
- Minimum Trading Days: 3 per phase
At the Master Account stage, traders can choose from several reward structures.
- On Demand: 90%
- Weekly: 60%
- Bi-Weekly: 80%
- Monthly: 100% for eligible structures
The On Demand option requires a 35% consistency score and a minimum reward equal to 2% of the Master Account size.
Weekly rewards can be requested after seven calendar days.
Bi-Weekly rewards run every 14 calendar days.
Monthly rewards run every 30 calendar days for eligible accounts and include additional conditions.
This flexibility is one of FundingPips’ stronger features.
FundingPips Monthly 100% Reward Split
FundingPips introduced a Monthly 100% reward option for eligible accounts.
The structure became available for qualifying evaluation accounts purchased from August 15, 2026.
A 100% reward split sounds attractive, but there are additional requirements.
The current Monthly structure includes:
- A 35% consistency score
- No single trading day representing more than 35% of total cycle profit
- At least seven qualifying profitable days
- Each qualifying profitable day requiring at least 0.5% of the starting Master Account size
- Applicable Striking System conditions
The higher reward split therefore comes with additional qualification requirements.
FundingPips 2-Step Flex
FundingPips 2-Step Flex uses a different structure.
Under the current model, Phase 1 uses a 10% profit target and Phase 2 uses a 6% profit target.
Bi-Weekly reward choices include:
- 85% reward split
- 95% reward split
The 85% option runs every 14 calendar days under its current conditions.
The 95% option also uses a 14-day cycle but requires three qualifying profitable days during the cycle.
A qualifying profitable day needs profit equal to at least 0.5% of the starting account size.
Eligible accounts can also use the Monthly 100% structure with its additional qualification requirements.
This gives traders a choice between simpler payout conditions and higher reward percentages with extra requirements.
FundingPips 2-Step Pro
The 2-Step Pro model is another competitive FundingPips option.
The current structure reviewed by FWE uses:
- Phase 1 Target: 6%
- Phase 2 Target: 6%
- Maximum Loss: 6%
- Daily Loss: 3%
- Minimum Trading Days: 2 per phase on applicable newer accounts
Older accounts purchased before the relevant August 2026 change can retain earlier minimum-day conditions.
At Master Account stage, current reward options include:
- Weekly: 80%
- Monthly: 100% for eligible accounts
The Weekly structure allows an 80% reward split every seven calendar days after the first executed Master Account trade.
FundingPips Profit Concentration Policy
Another rule worth checking is FundingPips’ Profit Concentration Policy.
The current policy applies to newly created evaluation accounts of $25,000 and above on applicable evaluation models created from June 27, 2026.
FundingPips defines a trade idea using the relevant trade or grouped positions on the same instrument and direction under the policy.
If one trade idea produces more than 60% of the evaluation profit target, it does not automatically fail the evaluation.
Instead, the resulting Master Account can require four minimum profitable days before each reward request for the lifetime of that Master Account.
A qualifying profitable day requires net realized profit of at least 0.5% of the initial Master Account balance.
This is another example of why traders need to read the exact rules attached to the account they purchase.
FundingPips Review 2026: Payout Reliability
Payout reliability remains one of FundingPips’ strongest areas in the current Forex Wave Expert assessment.
FWE Payout Reliability Score: 18/20
A large amount of public trader feedback describes successful rewards.
Importantly, many traders report receiving repeated payouts rather than only one successful withdrawal.
Fast processing is also regularly mentioned in positive trader feedback.
This matters because payout history carries more weight for FWE than promotional claims alone.
However, an 18/20 score is not the same as saying every FundingPips payout request is approved.
FundingPips performs compliance and risk checks, and recent trader complaints show that some accounts have entered disputes around the payout stage.
Positive FundingPips Payout Experiences
Successful payout feedback is one of the main reasons FundingPips reaches the FWE Top Rated category.
Traders regularly report receiving rewards through different FundingPips programs.
Some describe multiple payouts over an extended period.
Others highlight payout speed, dashboard experience and customer support.
This positive evidence is important.
Forex Wave Expert does not believe a review should focus only on negative complaints while ignoring a substantial record of successful trader experiences.
At the same time, previous successful payouts do not guarantee that every future reward request will be approved.
Compliance rules continue to apply during the Master Account stage.
FundingPips Recent Payout Complaints
Negative payout feedback also deserves attention.
Some traders report losing profitable Master Accounts around the payout stage.
Recent complaints include allegations involving:
- Device ID matches
- CID-related concerns
- IP or account-access concerns
- Possible links with another trader
- Coordinated-trading allegations
- Compliance investigations
- Account termination
- Reward or payout disputes
Some affected traders strongly dispute these findings and say they operated their accounts independently.
Forex Wave Expert does not have access to FundingPips’ complete private server records, Device ID information, CID data or internal Risk Team evidence.
For that reason, we record these cases as disputed trader reports.
We do not automatically assume that either the trader or FundingPips has established the full facts simply from a public complaint.
FundingPips Device ID and CID Account Termination Complaints
Device ID and CID disputes are among the more important concerns found during recent FundingPips research.
Some traders allege that profitable Master Accounts were terminated after FundingPips identified a connection with another account, trader or device.
A few public complaints describe the termination happening close to a reward request.
Some affected traders say they did not share their accounts and traded independently.
These complaints deserve attention, especially when an account has already become profitable.
However, a public complaint does not provide FWE with FundingPips’ complete technical evidence.
Device ID records, server logs, CID information and other compliance data are generally private.
Forex Wave Expert therefore cannot independently determine whether an individual case involved account sharing, prohibited coordination or a false technical match.
Our concern is transparency.
When a profitable Master Account is terminated because of a technical account connection, a detailed explanation can help the trader understand exactly what triggered the decision.
FundingPips Similar Trade and Coordinated Trading Complaints
Another concern involves traders whose trading activity is allegedly linked with another trader or account.
FundingPips monitors accounts for prohibited coordination.
This can become important when different accounts show similar trades, access patterns or other activity that triggers the firm’s compliance systems.
Some affected traders dispute these decisions.
They claim they traded independently even though FundingPips identified activity it considered connected or coordinated.
This raises an important question for legitimate traders.
How does a prop firm distinguish prohibited coordinated trading from two independent traders who happen to take similar positions?
Forex traders often watch the same instruments, technical levels, economic events and market structures.
Two independent traders can therefore sometimes enter similar positions without intentionally coordinating with each other.
However, similar-looking trades alone do not tell Forex Wave Expert what FundingPips’ internal system actually detected.
The firm may have additional information involving device data, access records, timing patterns or other technical evidence unavailable publicly.
For that reason, FWE cannot independently conclude that every account terminated for coordinated trading was incorrectly identified.
Likewise, the existence of an internal compliance flag does not allow an outside reviewer to independently prove prohibited coordination occurred.
More detailed explanations in disputed cases would improve transparency for traders.
Can Similar Trades Cause a FundingPips Account Review?
Based on trader complaints reviewed by FWE, similar trading activity can become part of a broader compliance investigation.
But traders should be careful with statements such as:
“If your trade matches another trader, FundingPips automatically terminates your account.”
Forex Wave Expert does not have evidence establishing that as a universal FundingPips rule.
The complaints reviewed involve broader allegations such as coordinated trading, Device ID/CID connections or other compliance findings.
This distinction matters.
Two traders buying XAUUSD at a similar technical level is not, by itself, enough information for FWE to determine that prohibited coordination occurred.
At the same time, we cannot see the private technical evidence FundingPips may use when making an individual compliance decision.
FundingPips Risk Review and Payout Rejection Concerns
Another area Forex Wave Expert monitors is what happens when a profitable FundingPips account enters additional compliance review around the reward stage.
FundingPips has many public reports of successful and repeated payouts.
That remains one of the strongest reasons for the firm’s 80/100 FWE Rating.
However, recent negative feedback includes traders who say their accounts were investigated around payout time and that the reward was disputed or the account was terminated.
Some trader reports also describe additional questioning or compliance review before a final reward decision.
An interview or additional verification is not automatically a negative practice.
A prop firm can have legitimate reasons to investigate:
- Account sharing
- Identity concerns
- Prohibited coordinated trading
- Technical account connections
- Other suspected rule violations
The concern is how clearly the trader understands the final decision.
Some traders dispute the findings after their account has been reviewed and say they were not given enough information to understand why their reward was rejected or account terminated.
Forex Wave Expert cannot independently confirm that every disputed payout should have been approved.
Likewise, an internal compliance finding by itself does not give an outside reviewer enough information to independently verify what occurred.
When a profitable Master Account and pending reward are at stake, detailed communication is particularly important.
FundingPips Interview and Compliance Review Concerns
Some traders also describe additional questioning, verification or compliance review before a final payout decision.
Forex Wave Expert does not consider an interview itself evidence of unfair treatment.
Verification can be a legitimate part of protecting a prop firm against account sharing and prohibited trading practices.
The more important issue is what happens after the trader completes the requested process.
When a reward is rejected or a profitable account is terminated afterward, the trader should ideally understand which rule was involved and what activity triggered the decision.
Public trader reports do not provide enough evidence for FWE to determine whether every individual decision was correct.
For this reason, we treat these cases as trader-reported compliance disputes rather than proven wrongdoing.
FundingPips Rules and Transparency
FWE Rules & Transparency Score: 15/20
FundingPips publishes substantial documentation covering its main account models.
This is positive.
The weaker point is complexity.
Different models use different conditions.
Reward-cycle selection can change payout requirements.
Purchase dates matter because legacy accounts can follow older rules.
Some resets can also move traders to newer conditions.
A trader reading one FundingPips rule page can therefore misunderstand an account operating under another structure.
FundingPips deserves credit for maintaining Legacy Rules documentation.
Still, simpler rules and greater transparency around serious compliance decisions would improve the FWE score.
FundingPips Trading Conditions
FWE Trading Conditions Score: 16/20
Several features support this strong score.
- Multiple evaluation models
- Different reward cycles
- Recent removal or adjustment of selected restrictive conditions
- Weekly reward options on applicable models
- 100% Monthly rewards on eligible structures
- Several platform choices
The main deductions come from model-specific restrictions, consistency requirements on selected reward cycles, Striking System complexity and compliance concerns.
Overall, FundingPips remains competitive in this category.
FundingPips Consistency Rule
FundingPips does not use one universal consistency rule across every account and reward cycle.
This point is important.
Some reward structures do not use a Consistency Score.
Others use a 35% consistency condition.
For example, applicable Monthly reward structures require no single trading day to represent more than 35% of total cycle profit.
The On Demand structure on 2-Step Standard also uses a 35% consistency requirement.
Weekly and Bi-Weekly reward cycles on 2-Step Standard are not subject to that same 35% rule under the current documentation.
Therefore, instead of asking:
“Does FundingPips have a consistency rule?”
A better question is:
“Does my FundingPips account model and reward cycle have a consistency rule?”
FundingPips News Trading
News trading conditions need to be checked for the exact FundingPips account structure.
Prop-firm rules around major economic releases can differ between evaluation and Master Account stages.
They can also change over time.
Traders using strategies around high-impact economic events should therefore verify the current news-trading conditions attached to their account.
An older FundingPips rule should not automatically be applied to a newly purchased account.
FundingPips Weekend Holding Rules
FundingPips introduced temporary weekend-holding changes during 2026.
Under the current documentation reviewed by FWE, weekend holding remains permitted during applicable evaluation phases.
On affected Master Accounts, temporary conditions can prevent weekend holding and automatically close open trades before or over the weekend.
FundingPips states that the automatic closure itself does not create a hard breach under the applicable conditions.
Because these conditions are described as temporary and can differ by model, traders should verify the current rule before holding positions through the weekend.
FundingPips Trading Platforms
FundingPips supports several popular trading platforms across its current ecosystem.
Available options include:
- MetaTrader 5
- cTrader
- Match-Trader
Availability can differ depending on the account or program.
Traders should check whether their preferred platform is available before purchasing an evaluation.
FundingPips Swap-Free Option
FundingPips also offers a Swap-Free option under selected conditions.
The documentation reviewed by FWE states that the option is available on MT5 for eligible Forex and Metals positions.
Other asset classes may continue to carry standard swap charges.
This is worth checking for traders who regularly hold positions overnight.
FundingPips Trader Feedback and Reputation
FundingPips has a large amount of public trader feedback.
Positive reviews commonly discuss:
- Successful payouts
- Repeated rewards
- Fast payout processing
- Customer support
- Trading platforms
- Dashboard experience
- Account options
- Reward-cycle flexibility
Negative feedback more often discusses:
- Account termination
- Device ID or CID matches
- Similar or coordinated-trading allegations
- Payout disputes
- Compliance investigations
- Rule interpretation
- News restrictions
- Slippage
- Customer support during serious disputes
The amount of positive payout feedback is significant.
Still, Forex Wave Expert does not use a headline review score alone when assigning an FWE Rating.
Recent complaints, company responses, current rules and dispute handling also matter.
FWE Trader Feedback & Reputation Score: 16/20
FundingPips Support and Dispute Handling
FWE Support & Dispute Handling Score: 11/15
Many FundingPips traders report positive customer-support experiences.
The more difficult area appears during serious account disputes.
When a trader challenges a Device ID finding, coordinated-trading decision, payout dispute or account termination, the disagreement often involves technical information unavailable publicly.
More detailed explanations in these situations could improve trader confidence.
For Forex Wave Expert, good customer support is not only about answering ordinary questions quickly.
How a prop firm handles a serious dispute involving a profitable account or pending reward matters as well.
FundingPips Legacy Rules
Legacy Rules deserve a separate section in a current FundingPips Review.
FundingPips changed several account conditions during 2026.
Older accounts can therefore operate under conditions different from newly purchased accounts.
The firm maintains separate Legacy Rules documentation for affected traders.
This matters for two reasons.
First, an older negative review may describe a restriction no longer applied to a new account.
Second, an existing trader should not assume every newly announced rule automatically replaces the conditions attached to an older account.
Always identify the account model and purchase date before comparing FundingPips rules.

FundingPips Review 2026: FWE Final Assessment
80/100
Top Rated
FundingPips remains one of the stronger prop firms in the current Forex Wave Expert rating system.
The biggest reason is payout feedback.
A substantial number of traders report successful rewards, including repeated payouts.
FundingPips also offers several evaluation models and multiple reward cycles.
Recent rule improvements are another positive development.
Some restrictions traders previously criticised have been removed or adjusted, and selected programs now provide more reward flexibility.
However, FundingPips is not without concerns.
Device ID and CID investigations deserve continued monitoring.
Some traders report losing profitable Master Accounts after FundingPips identified a technical connection with another account or trader.
Other complaints involve coordinated-trading allegations where affected traders say they operated independently.
Some of these disputes occur close to reward requests, making transparency particularly important.
Forex Wave Expert cannot independently decide these cases because we do not have access to FundingPips’ private Device ID records, server information or complete Risk Team evidence.
Therefore, we do not claim that two similar trades automatically cause account termination.
We also do not assume that every terminated account was wrongly identified.
Our concern is whether traders receive enough information to understand serious compliance decisions involving profitable accounts and pending rewards.
The rule structure is another reason FundingPips does not receive a score closer to 100.
Different models, reward cycles, legacy conditions and purchase dates can significantly change the rules.

FundingPips Review 2026: FAQ
What is the FWE Rating for FundingPips?
Forex Wave Expert currently rates FundingPips 80/100 and places it in the Top Rated category. Strong payout feedback and flexible account options support the rating, while compliance disputes prevent a higher score.
Does FundingPips pay traders?
There is a large amount of public feedback from traders reporting successful FundingPips rewards, including repeated payouts. Individual reward approval still depends on the applicable account rules and compliance requirements.
Can FundingPips terminate an account because of Device ID or CID concerns?
Some traders report Master Account termination following technical account-linking or Device ID/CID findings. FWE cannot independently determine individual cases because the underlying technical records are not publicly available.
Can similar trades with another trader cause a FundingPips account termination?
FWE has reviewed disputes involving alleged coordinated trading and similarities between accounts. However, the available evidence does not establish that simply taking a similar trade automatically causes termination. FundingPips may use additional private compliance data that an outside reviewer cannot see.
Does FundingPips investigate accounts before payouts?
Recent trader feedback includes accounts entering additional compliance review around the reward stage. Some disputes involve Device ID, account connections or coordinated-trading allegations. These reports do not mean every payout request receives the same treatment.
Does FundingPips have a consistency rule?
There is no single consistency rule across every FundingPips program. Some reward structures have no Consistency Score, while selected On Demand and Monthly structures use a 35% condition.
Does FundingPips offer a 100% reward split?
Eligible Monthly reward structures can provide a 100% split. Additional conditions such as consistency and qualifying profitable days apply.
What is FundingPips 2-Step Pro?
The current 2-Step Pro structure reviewed by FWE uses a 6% target in both evaluation phases, a 6% maximum loss and 3% daily loss. Applicable newer accounts require two minimum trading days per phase.
Why does FundingPips get 80/100 instead of a higher FWE rating?
FundingPips scores strongly for payout feedback, program flexibility and trading conditions. Device ID/CID disputes, coordinated-trading complaints, payout-stage account terminations and overall rule complexity prevent a higher score.

Editorial Transparency
This FundingPips Review 2026 considers current program information, trading rules, reward structures, public trader feedback and Forex Wave Expert editorial research.
Public complaints involving Device ID/CID matches, coordinated trading, payout disputes and account termination represent individual trader reports or allegations unless independently established.
Forex Wave Expert does not have access to FundingPips’ complete private server records, Device ID information, CID data or internal Risk Team evidence.
For this reason, FWE does not claim that every account termination discussed online was incorrect.
Likewise, an internal compliance allegation does not give an outside reviewer enough evidence to independently establish that prohibited activity occurred.
Positive payout reports also represent individual experiences and do not guarantee another trader will receive the same result.
