JustMarkets Review 2026: Is JustMarkets legit, and will you get your money out when you ask for it? Those are the two questions we hear most from traders, so that is where this review starts. We looked at who holds your account, what traders say about withdrawals, how the broker handles complaints and what its rules allow it to do.
Short answer: JustMarkets is a real, licensed broker with cheap accounts and many happy clients. It also picked up a worrying number of withdrawal complaints in 2026, and Trustpilot has hidden its star rating after removing what it calls fake reviews. We rate it 59/100, Average / Neutral.

What Is JustMarkets?
JustMarkets is a forex and CFD broker that most traders still remember as JustForex. The name changed in 2022, and review sites date the business back to 2012. You can trade currencies, gold, oil, indices, shares and crypto CFDs on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or the JustMarkets mobile app. Copy trading is also on offer.
The pitch is simple: low deposits, tight spreads and high leverage. That pitch is accurate. What it leaves out is that your protection depends on which JustMarkets company signs your contract, and that profitable accounts sometimes wait a long time for withdrawals. Both points matter more than the spread on EUR/USD.
JustMarkets Account Types, Trading Rules and Fees
There are four live accounts. The numbers below come from review sites that checked the broker’s published terms, so treat them as a guide and confirm in your Personal Area.
| Account | Minimum Deposit | Spread From | Commission |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Cent | $10 | 0.3 pips | None |
| Standard | $10 | 0.3 pips | None |
| Pro | $200 | 0.1 pips | None |
| Raw Spread | $200 | 0.0 pips | $3 per side per lot ($3.50 on gold and silver) |
JustMarkets says it does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider might. After 150 days with no activity you pay $5 a month until you trade again or the balance hits zero. Swap-free accounts are available. Margin call is at 40% and stop out at 20% on all accounts. Leverage goes up to 1:3000 on forex at the offshore companies, with lower limits on indices, shares and crypto, and 1:30 for EU retail clients. Some regions see deposit bonus promotions, but we could not confirm their current terms. If you take a bonus, read the conditions first, because bonuses often limit what you can withdraw.
JustMarkets Bangladesh: Why Local Traders Are Searching for Answers
Bangladeshi traders search for JustMarkets review Bangladesh, is JustMarkets safe in Bangladesh and JustMarkets minimum deposit for one reason. They want to know if a $10 account is worth the risk, and whether money comes back home without trouble.
Bangladesh is not on the JustMarkets restricted list. That list covers Australia, Canada, Japan, India, the UK, the US and sanctioned countries. So a trader in Dhaka or Chattogram can open an account, but it will almost certainly be with the Seychelles or Mauritius company, not the CySEC firm in Cyprus. We could not confirm whether bKash, Nagad or local bank transfer are offered, so check the deposit page inside your account.
JustMarkets Withdrawal Problems: What the Public Complaints Show
JustMarkets says most withdrawals leave its side in about a minute. Review sites list e-wallets and crypto within a few hours, cards within days and bank wires within one to six business days. Plenty of traders say that matches their experience.
Then there is the “Validation” problem. On Forex Peace Army we counted about 20 complaint threads about JustMarkets between March and September 2026. Most were about withdrawals sitting at the Validation stage for days. When we checked on 21 October 2026, only two of those threads were marked resolved. That does not mean the other 18 traders lost their money. It does mean you should not assume a fast withdrawal just because the first one was fast.
Evidence: Forex Peace Army JustMarkets complaint threads.
Case Study: Alleged USD 97,103 Profit Removal After Withdrawal Block
This is the biggest dispute we found. In a thread opened in May 2026, a trader says JustMarkets wiped USD 97,103.41 of profit from the account in October 2024, right after a withdrawal request. The trader says the account and documents had already been approved.
A JustMarkets representative answered in the thread. He cited an “Event of Default” under several clauses of the client agreement and ended the agreement. A forum moderator pointed out that the trades matched market prices and that JustMarkets never said which deposit or document was the problem. We have not seen the account records, so we cannot say who is right. The case was still open when we checked.

Case Study: Withdrawal Stuck in Validation Since 23 September 2026
A trader asked for a withdrawal on 23 September 2026. Five days later it still said “Validation”. The trader wrote that the chatbot kept asking the same questions and the finance team never gave a clear answer. A moderator flagged the case to JustMarkets on 29 September.
By the trader’s last post on 1 October, JustMarkets had not replied in the thread and no payment had been confirmed. The amount was not shared.

Case Study: Stop-Loss, Account Access and Unauthorized Trade Complaints
Not every complaint is about withdrawals. On Trustpilot, one trader wrote on 31 July 2026 that price hit their stop-loss and the trade stayed open. JustMarkets replied a few days later that the balance had been reimbursed, which is a fair outcome. Another trader said on 12 August 2026 that the account was blocked after a losing trade. The company said the account was active.
A third trader claimed on 27 July 2026 that about 800 trades were opened in half an hour without permission. JustMarkets answered with a general security message that was addressed to someone else’s name and did not mention the trades. We have not seen the trade logs for any of these cases.

Positive JustMarkets Reviews: What Some Clients Report
To be fair, a lot of JustMarkets clients are happy. Trustpilot is full of traders saying crypto and e-wallet withdrawals arrived the same day and that support was helpful. FXEmpire tested a live EUR/USD spread of 0.2 pips on 11 July 2025, which is tight for a no-commission account.
Even some complaints end well. One trader whose withdrawal sat in Validation for about a week in September 2026 came back on 23 September to say the money had arrived. Good experiences like this are real. They just do not cancel out the cases that are still open.
How Has JustMarkets Responded to Customer Complaints?
JustMarkets does answer. A Customer Success Manager replies on most Forex Peace Army threads, usually asking the trader to email the success team with a case number. Some answers are specific. In a July 2025 case, the company said a withdrawal failed at the payment processor and the money went back to the trading account. In a Kenyan case from November 2025, it said M-Pesa withdrawals had been paused for provider maintenance and were back on.
Other answers are copy and paste, and many threads end with “please email us” and no public result. A reply is better than silence. It is not the same as getting paid.
JustMarkets Withdrawal Rules: Methods, Time and Account Reviews
Two rules explain most withdrawal delays. First, the return-to-source rule. A JustMarkets representative quoted it publicly: you withdraw your deposit back through the same method you used to pay in, and only the profit can go out another way. If that method is down, as M-Pesa was for a while in Kenya, you wait.
Second, account reviews. In another public reply, JustMarkets said a withdrawal can take longer than two business days if the account is under enhanced monitoring or being checked by its Trading Department. It also asked the trader not to cancel and resubmit. In practice, a big win or unusual trading pattern can trigger a review, and your money waits until it ends.
We could not open the JustMarkets legal documents page during this review. Read the client agreement for your own entity before you deposit.
Is JustMarkets Regulated? CySEC, Offshore Entities and Client Protection
Yes, but read the fine print. JustMarkets lists five regulated companies on its official regulation page:
- JustMarkets Ltd, Cyprus, CySEC licence 401/21, for EU clients
- Just Global Markets (PTY) Limited, South Africa, FSCA FSP 51114
- Just Global Markets Ltd, Seychelles, FSA licence SD088
- Just Global Markets (MU) Limited, Mauritius, FSC licence GB22200881
- Just Global Markets (VG) Limited, British Virgin Islands, FSC licence SIBA/L/24/1177
Only the Cyprus company gives access to an investor compensation scheme, worth up to EUR 20,000. If you live outside the EU, you will almost certainly sign with one of the offshore companies. That is where the 1:3000 leverage comes from, and it is also where oversight is lightest. JustMarkets says every entity keeps client money in segregated accounts and gives negative balance protection.
South African traders often search is JustMarkets regulated by FSCA. The answer is yes. The official JustMarkets regulation page lists Just Global Markets (PTY) Limited as an authorised financial services provider under FSCA FSP 51114. The FSCA is a stronger regulator than the offshore ones, but South Africa has no compensation scheme like the EU one, so protection still depends on the company holding your account.
JustMarkets Trustpilot, Reddit and Forex Peace Army Reputation
Here is the part many traders miss. If you search JustMarkets Trustpilot, you will find a warning instead of a star score. Trustpilot says the rating “is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines” and that it “removed a number of fake reviews for this company”. Trustpilot does not say who wrote those reviews, and there is no public proof that JustMarkets posted them. We only report what Trustpilot shows. About 4,490 reviews are still up, 75% five-star and 16% one-star. Given the warning, we would not lean on that 75%.
Forex Peace Army is harsher, at about 2.5 out of 5 from 201 reviews. Recent posts talk about price freezes, deposits not showing up, locked accounts and withdrawals not paid. On Reddit we did not find a JustMarkets thread with enough detail to use as evidence.
One more thing. A WikiFX page from July 2026 rates “Just Markets Ltd” at justmarketltd.com at 1.82 out of 10. That is a different website. Do not mix it up with justmarkets.com.

JustMarkets Review Bangladesh: Entity, Payments and Local Reports
For a Bangladeshi trader, JustMarkets means offshore regulation, no compensation scheme and access to 1:3000 leverage. That leverage can turn a $10 account into zero in a few minutes, so set your own limit well below it.
We found one Bangladesh-specific complaint. On 8 August 2026, a reviewer from Bangladesh wrote on Forex Peace Army that a withdrawal was not processed after documents were sent and that support went quiet. One report is not a pattern, and we did not count it as proven.
Bangladesh also has foreign exchange rules on sending money abroad. Check what applies to you before you fund any overseas broker, JustMarkets or otherwise. If you search JustMarkets deposit Bangladesh or JustMarkets withdrawal Bangladesh, our advice is simple: start small and test a withdrawal before you add more.

JustMarkets FWE Broker Rating: 59/100
We score every broker out of 100 using the same seven categories. The number reflects the evidence we found and the risks we see. It is not a regulator’s verdict or a promise about your own account.
| Rating Category | Score |
|---|---|
| Regulation & Fund Safety | 15/25 |
| Withdrawals & Payments | 11/20 |
| Reputation & Customer Feedback | 6/15 |
| Trading Conditions | 11/15 |
| Transparency | 7/10 |
| Customer Support | 5/10 |
| Track Record | 4/5 |
| Total FWE Rating | 59/100 |
Why Did JustMarkets Receive 59/100?
Regulation & Fund Safety (15/25): CySEC covers EU clients and the FSCA covers South Africa. Most other traders, including in Bangladesh, sit under Seychelles, Mauritius or BVI licences with lighter oversight and no compensation fund.
Withdrawals & Payments (11/20): Many fast payouts, but too many 2026 cases stuck in Validation and one large open profit dispute.
Reputation (6/15): A Trustpilot fake-review warning and a 2.5 out of 5 Forex Peace Army score outweigh the positive reviews.
Trading Conditions (11/15): Cheap to start, tight spreads, MT4 and MT5. A few traders report slippage and stop-loss problems.
Transparency (7/10): All five licences and the fee table, including the gold and silver commission, are published. The “Event of Default” and account review clauses still give the broker a lot of room.
Customer Support (5/10): 24/7 and quick to reply in public, but many replies are templates and many cases end without a visible fix.
Track Record (4/5): More than a decade in business counts for a lot.
Final FWE Rating: 59/100, Average / Neutral. We treated individual complaints as claims, not proven facts.
Is JustMarkets Legit or a Scam?
JustMarkets is legit. It is a licensed broker group with a CySEC company in Cyprus, an FSCA company in South Africa and offshore companies in Seychelles, Mauritius and the BVI. We found no regulator action or court ruling against it. Calling it a scam does not fit the evidence.
Legit does not mean low risk, though. Your account will most likely sit under an offshore licence, the 2026 withdrawal complaints are too many to ignore and the Trustpilot score cannot be trusted right now. If you still want to try JustMarkets, here is what we would do: verify your account before you trade, deposit a small amount, and make a withdrawal in the first week. If that goes smoothly, you have your answer.

People often compare JustMarkets vs Exness, JustMarkets vs IC Markets and JustMarkets vs Vantage. We have not published a head-to-head yet, but you can read our full reviews of IC Markets, Vantage and Tickmill and compare the regulation, withdrawal record and FWE rating yourself.

How to Read This Independent JustMarkets Review
This is our international English review. The Bangladesh sections answer local questions, but the rating covers JustMarkets as a whole. We did not open a live account or test execution ourselves. Where we quote traders, we treat what they say as their claim, not as a proven fact.
FWE Final Assessment
JustMarkets is cheap to start with, has tight spreads, runs MT4 and MT5 and has been around for more than ten years. Lots of traders get paid quickly.
The weak spots are clear too. Most clients outside Europe get offshore protection, withdrawal complaints kept coming through 2026 and Trustpilot removed fake reviews from its page, although who wrote them is not known. If you plan to keep a large balance there or expect to pull out big profits fast, be careful. Several disputes involve exactly that situation.
Our verdict is 59/100, Average / Neutral. It suits small accounts and traders who test withdrawals early. It does not suit anyone who needs strong regulatory protection.
